Parent Teachers We are fortunate at Kirby Hill School to have a parent teachers association (PTA).

An integral part of the school community, the PTA have raised hundreds of pounds towards educational resources and run a number of social events for parents and children

2011/ 2012 Fundraising
The PTA raised over £5,000 in 2011 to pay for:

  • Two music workshops
  • The transport costs for class visits and swimnming
  • Improvements to the Faith garden
  • And other trips and activities as they have arisen.

In 2012 funds raised will be used to pay for:

  • The transport costs for class visits and swimming.
  • Early Years Outdoor Equipment.
  • Architecture workshops.
  • And other trips and activities as they arise.
2012 Fundraising events 
Events in the diary for this year include:
  • 27 January Film Night
  • 3 February Blue Class Cake Stall
  • 9 March Cheese & Wine Night
  • 16 March Green Class Cake Stall
  • 3 May Magic Night
  • 25 May Black Class Cake Stall
  • 24 June Kirby Hill Summer Fete
Details and timings for each event will be added to the School 2012 Event Calendar when available.

 

Volunteers needed
All parents and teachers can get involved, even if they only have a small amount of time available.
